What it does

It reads the noise and hands you back a structure: what needs a call from you, what just needs a quick reply (already drafted), what’s informational, and what can wait. The single most urgent thing gets pinned to the top so nothing critical hides in the middle.

When to use it

Any morning the inbox has gotten ahead of you, or after a few days away when the backlog feels like a wall.

Make it yours

Tell it what “Can wait” means for you (a day? a week?) and which senders always jump to the top. The more it knows your real priorities, the less you’ll second-guess its sorting.
